1.            Ich bin mir bewusst, dass mit k\u00f6rperlichem Training ein erh\u00f6htes\u2028<\/span>Verletzungs- und Beschwerderisiko verbunden ist und ich w\u00e4hrend der\u2028<\/span>Kursstunde f\u00fcr mich selbst verantwortlich bin.<\/p>\n

2.            Zum Zeitpunkt des Trainings f\u00fchle ich mich k\u00f6rperlich, geistig und seelisch gesund und nehme auf eigene Verantwortung und auf eigenes Risiko teil. Mir ist bewusst, dass das falsche oder unachtsame Ausf\u00fchren der \u00dcbungen Auswirkungen auf meine Gesundheit haben kann.<\/p>\n

3.            Beschwerden jeglicher Art oder Unwohlsein, werde ich dem Yogalehrer unverz\u00fcglich mitteilen. Bei Zweifel an meinem Gesundheitszustand werde ich vor Teilnahme am Yogakurs, diesen von einem Arzt\/Therapeuten abkl\u00e4ren lassen.<\/p>\n

4.  Ich schlie\u00dfe deshalb alle Haftungsanspr\u00fcche gegen\u00fcber dem Yogalehrer, die aus eventuellen gesundheitlich-medizinischen Problemen als Folge des Trainings entstehen k\u00f6nnen, ausdr\u00fccklich aus. Es wird keinerlei Haftung in Bezug auf Krankheit, Verletzung, Personen- und Sachsch\u00e4den \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n

Ich habe den Haftungsausschluss gelesen und stimme den oben genannten Bedingungen zu:<\/p>\n

Liability\nWaiver <\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

1.  I\nam participating in classes or services during which I will receive information\nand instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical\nexertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully\naware of the risks and hazards involved. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

2.  I\nunderstand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and\nregarding my participation in any yoga classes. I represent and warrant that I\nhave no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical yoga\nactivities. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or\ndamages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in\nthe program. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

3.  In\nfurther consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I\nknowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor,\nthe owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I\nmay sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held at Hotel\n& Villa Auersperg. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
