  1. Mir ist bewusst, dass k\u00f6rperliches Training und die Nutzung der im Tiny Gym vorhandenen Trainingsger\u00e4te und -einrichtungen mit einem Verletzungs- und Beschwerderisiko verbunden sein k\u00f6nnen. W\u00e4hrend des Trainings bin ich f\u00fcr mich selbst und die Einsch\u00e4tzung meiner k\u00f6rperlichen Belastbarkeit verantwortlich.<\/li>
  2. Zum Zeitpunkt des Trainings f\u00fchle ich mich k\u00f6rperlich und geistig in der Lage, das Training durchzuf\u00fchren, und nehme auf eigene Verantwortung und eigenes Risiko teil. Mir ist bewusst, dass insbesondere eine falsche oder unachtsame Ausf\u00fchrung von \u00dcbungen sowie eine unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Nutzung von Trainingsger\u00e4ten zu Verletzungen oder gesundheitlichen Beschwerden f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>
  3. Bei Schmerzen, Beschwerden, Unwohlsein oder sonstigen gesundheitlichen Problemen werde ich das Training unverz\u00fcglich unterbrechen. Bei Zweifeln an meiner gesundheitlichen Eignung f\u00fcr das Training werde ich vor der Nutzung des Tiny Gyms \u00e4rztlichen bzw. therapeutischen Rat einholen.<\/li>
  4. Ich verpflichte mich, die Trainingsger\u00e4te und Einrichtungen des Tiny Gyms ausschlie\u00dflich bestimmungsgem\u00e4\u00df und entsprechend etwaiger Nutzungs- und Sicherheitshinweise zu verwenden.<\/li>
  5. Soweit gesetzlich zul\u00e4ssig, wird keine Haftung f\u00fcr gesundheitliche Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen, Verletzungen sowie Personen- oder Sachsch\u00e4den \u00fcbernommen, die insbesondere durch eine unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Nutzung der Trainingsger\u00e4te, eine falsche Ausf\u00fchrung von \u00dcbungen, Selbst\u00fcbersch\u00e4tzung oder die Missachtung von Sicherheits- und Nutzungshinweisen entstehen.<\/li>
  6. Gesetzlich zwingende Haftungsanspr\u00fcche bleiben von diesem Haftungsausschluss unber\u00fchrt.<\/li><\/ol>

    Liability Waiver <\/h3>\n

    1. I am using the Tiny Gym and its training equipment and facilities for the purpose of physical exercise. I understand that physical training and the use of fitness equipment involve physical exertion and may result in injury or other physical discomfort. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with such activities and participate at my own responsibility and risk.<\/li>\n
    2. I understand that it is my responsibility to assess whether I am physically and mentally fit to exercise and to consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional prior to using the Tiny Gym if I have any doubts regarding my health or ability to exercise safely. I understand that incorrect or careless execution of exercises, improper use of equipment, or overestimating my physical abilities may result in injury or adverse health effects.<\/li>\n
    3. If I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, illness, or any other health-related symptoms, I will stop exercising immediately. I agree to use all equipment and facilities of the Tiny Gym properly and in accordance with any applicable instructions, safety notices, and rules.<\/li>\n
    4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with exercising at and using the Tiny Gym. I waive claims against the operator, owner, and\/or other responsible parties of the Tiny Gym for injuries, health-related issues, or property damage arising in particular from improper use of equipment, incorrect execution of exercises, overexertion, or failure to follow applicable safety and usage instructions.<\/li>\n
    5. Nothing in this waiver shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>
