Cancellation conditions: 

Our prices can be cancelled or changed free of charge for direct bookings up to 48 hours before arrival.

After this time, 100% of the total amount is due, as well as in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.

Terms of payment: 

The credit card provided will be charged AUTOMATICALLY 48 hours before arrival with the total amount (overnight stays).

The following rates and seasons are excluded from the above regulation:

• - Non cancellable rate
• - No refund of the total booking amount (overnight stays) from the time of booking completion 

Terms of payment: 

• The credit card provided by the guest will be charged when the booking is finalised. The amount will not be refunded from this point onwards.

    for the following dates, free cancellation is only possible up to 14 days before arrival. The exact dates are always displayed for the current & coming booking year.
