General cancellation & payment conditions
Cancellation conditions::
Our prices can be cancelled or changed free of charge for direct bookings up to 48 hours
After this time, 100% of the total amount is due, as well as in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.
Terms of payment:
The credit card provided will be charged AUTOMATICALLY 48 hours before arrival with the total amount (overnight stays).
Exceptions:
The following rates and seasons are excluded from the above regulation:
1. Exception – instalments:
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
– non-refundable instalment
– no refund of the total booking amount (overnight stays) from the time of booking completion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The credit card provided by the guest will be charged when the booking is finalised. The amount will not be refunded from this point onwards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Free cancellation possible until 31.03.2026
- Cancellation free of charge up to four weeks before arrival with retention of the 20% deposit mentioned below.
- From four weeks before arrival, the total booking amount (100%) minus the deposit will be charged to your credit card and will not be refunded.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 20% of the total amount is due by 31.03.2026
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
– We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance if your credit card does not provide cancellation insurance.
