General cancellation & payment conditions
Cancellation conditions::
Generally speaking, our prices are the same all year round at direct booking cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For bookings made through third-party providers, the deadline is 72 hours before arrival.
After this time, 100% of the total amount is due, as well as in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.
Terms of payment:
The credit card you have provided will be AUTOMATIC. The total amount (accommodation and any booked services, such as breakfast) will be charged 48 hours before arrival.
Exceptions:
The following rates and seasons are excluded from the above regulation:
1. Exception – instalments:
NON REFUNDABLE RATE
- nicht stornierbare Rate
- keine Rückerstattung des Gesamtbuchungsbetrages (Nächtigung und gebuchte Produkte) ab Zeitpunkt des Buchungsabschlusses
- The credit card provided by the guest will be charged when the booking is finalised. The amount will not be refunded from this point onwards.
2. Exception – Seasons:
2.1. For the following dates, free cancellation is only possible up to 14 days before arrival. The exact dates are always shown for the current and coming booking year. After this date, 100 per cent of the total amount is due; the same applies in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.

The credit card you have provided will be AUTOMATIC. the total amount (accommodation and any booked services, such as breakfast) will be charged 13 days before arrival.

2.2. SUMMER FESTIVAL
For the Summer Festival from 16 July to 29 August 2027, free cancellation is only possible up to 30 days before arrival. The exact dates are always displayed for the current and coming booking year. After this date, 100 per cent of the total amount is due; the same applies in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Bis spätestens 31.03.2027 ist kostenfreie Stornierung möglich
- Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung möglich unter Einbehaltung der wie folglich erwähnten 20% Anzahlung
- Ab 30 Tage vor Anreise wird der Gesamtbuchungsbetrag (100%) abzüglich der Anzahlung von Ihrer Kreditkarte abgebucht und wird nicht rückerstattet
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The credit card you have provided will be automatically charged as follows:
- 20% des Gesamtbetrages werden bis zum 31.03.2027 abgebucht
- 80% des Gesamtbetrages werden bis 30 Tage vor Anreise abgebucht.
2.3. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERS AND A* MEMBERS
Auersperg regulars referred to as MEMBER or A* Member enjoy the benefit of a shorter cancellation and payment policy when booking directly, with a deadline of 24 hours before arrival.
Exception: During the periods specified in points 2.1 and 2.2, the cancellation and payment terms set out therein shall apply.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
– We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance when booking, unless cancellation cover is provided through your credit card.
