General cancellation & payment conditions
Cancellation conditions:
Our prices can be cancelled or changed free of charge for direct bookings up to 48 hours before arrival.
After this time, 100% of the total amount is due, as well as in the event of a no-show on the day of arrival.
Terms of payment:
The credit card provided will be charged AUTOMATICALLY 48 hours before arrival with the total amount (overnight stays).The following rates and seasons are excluded from the above regulation:
1. EXCEPTION RATES:

- - Non cancellable rate
- - No refund of the total booking amount (overnight stays) from the time of booking completion
- Terms of payment:
- The credit card provided by the guest will be charged when the booking is finalised. The amount will not be refunded from this point onwards.
2. EXCEPTION SEASONS
Zu folgenden Terminen ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung nur bis zu 14 Tage vor Anreise möglich. Die genauen Termine werden immer für das aktuelle & kommende Buchungsjahr angezeigt.

Cancellation conditions:
- – Bis zum 31.03.2025 kostenfreie Stornierung möglich
- - Cancellation free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival with retention of the 20% deposit mentioned below.
- - From 4 weeks before arrival, the total booking amount (100%) minus the deposit will be charged to your credit card and will not be refunded.
