1. I am aware that physical exercise carries an increased
risk of injury and discomfort, and that I am
responsible for my own lessons.

2. At the time of the training session, I am in good physical, mental and emotional health, and I am taking part on my own responsibility and at my own risk. I am aware that performing the exercises incorrectly or carelessly may have an impact on my health.

3. I will inform the yoga teacher immediately of any complaints or feelings of unwellness. If I have any doubts about my state of health, I will seek advice from a doctor or therapist before taking part in the yoga class.

4.            Ich schließe deshalb alle Haftungsansprüche gegenüber dem Yogalehrer, die aus eventuellen gesundheitlich-medizinischen Problemen als Folge des Trainings entstehen können, ausdrücklich aus. Es wird keinerlei Haftung in Bezug auf Krankheit, Verletzung, Personen- und Sachschäden übernommen.

Liability
Waiver

1.  I
am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information
and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical
exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully
aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2.  I
understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and
regarding my participation in any yoga classes. I represent and warrant that I
have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical yoga
activities. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or
damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in
the program.

3.  In
further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I
knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor,
the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I
may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held at Hotel
& Villa Auersperg.

I have read
the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I
voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
