1.            Ich bin mir bewusst, dass mit körperlichem Training ein erhöhtes
Verletzungs- und Beschwerderisiko verbunden ist und ich während der
Kursstunde für mich selbst verantwortlich bin.

2.            Zum Zeitpunkt des Trainings fühle ich mich körperlich, geistig und seelisch gesund und nehme auf eigene Verantwortung und auf eigenes Risiko teil. Mir ist bewusst, dass das falsche oder unachtsame Ausführen der Übungen Auswirkungen auf meine Gesundheit haben kann.

3.            Beschwerden jeglicher Art oder Unwohlsein, werde ich dem Yogalehrer unverzüglich mitteilen. Bei Zweifel an meinem Gesundheitszustand werde ich vor Teilnahme am Yogakurs, diesen von einem Arzt/Therapeuten abklären lassen.

4.  Ich schließe deshalb alle Haftungsansprüche gegenüber dem Yogalehrer, die aus eventuellen gesundheitlich-medizinischen Problemen als Folge des Trainings entstehen können, ausdrücklich aus. Es wird keinerlei Haftung in Bezug auf Krankheit, Verletzung, Personen- und Sachschäden übernommen.

Ich habe den Haftungsausschluss gelesen und stimme den oben genannten Bedingungen zu:

Liability Waiver

1.  I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2.  I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any yoga classes. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical yoga activities. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

3.  In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held at Hotel & Villa Auersperg.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
