Whether as a soothing start to the day or a mindful break in the middle of the day – our yoga sessions invite you to bring your body and mind into harmony. The light-filled room provides the ideal setting for exercise, mindfulness and relaxation.
As well as our hotel guests, we also warmly welcome visitors from outside the hotel and look forward to sharing this special place with you.
Our Yoga teachers
Claudia
Claudia’s sessions consist of meditation, breathing exercises and a warm-up,
and then it’s time to get into the flow. She tailors her classes to each individual and adapts them to the situation: if there’s a desire for calm, the session becomes tranquil, focusing on deep, held poses – and vice versa. Furthermore, Claudia doesn’t want to limit herself to just one style. Her favourite style, however, is Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Sometimes Yin, sometimes a touch of Iyengar.
Jeanette
Jeanette’s classes are ‘Yin & Yang Yoga’ – the
sessions incorporate dynamic, powerful Vinyasa flow elements (YANG) as well as calm, meditative sequences (YIN) – it is her own unique style of yoga, based on the Chinese theory of the five elements and meridians, which she has developed over the years and which is suitable for all levels – from experienced practitioners to complete beginners venturing onto a yoga mat for the very first
